Tenant backups: nightly export per organisation to DNSE_BACKUP_DIR (JSON Lines, atomic), 35-day rolling retention; restore points in the tenant admin and in the operator panel, restore request with guardrails (type the name, safety export, audit, cooldown). Execution waits for the persistence layer’s import and until then visibly ends as blocked.
Cluster sessions via Valkey: a sign-in on one node is valid on all — for tenant and operator logins.
Four-node test cluster with YugabyteDB and Valkey (make test-cluster-up); boot races of the background jobs found in the process were fixed.
Large demo dataset: ~10 organisations across all plans and regions with every feature (DNSE_DEMO=on).

Operator panel: roles admin/consult/support, TOTP two-factor, dashboard with metrics and plan reporting, tenant registry with user management and password reset, platform settings and portal messages centralised.
Global identity: sign-in by email without a workspace field; organisation selection for multiple memberships; “My organisations” in the account.
Cross-org sharing: allowExternal per organisation; project sharing with externals by email via shadow accounts.
Regions: catalogue via DNSE_REGIONS, home region per organisation, System page with distribution.

Tenancy and plan gating: plans free/plus/pro/enterprise with zone limits via the CE limits port.
Provisioning API as the single path through which organisations come into being; self-service registration via magic link (valid for 15 minutes).
